Sarah Moreau

Originally from rural Iowa, Sarah took an unconventional path to healthcare. Unsure of herinitial direction, she earned a BFA in Theater from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri andwent on to perform in stage productions and musical improv, including work with All Skate, amusical improv group performing weekly at Second City Los Angeles, Story Pirates performingstories written by children, and multiple productions with the Chance Theater in Anaheim Hills.Her interest in human behavior led her to pursue a master's in psychology, launching a 16-yearcareer in Applied Behavior Analysis—nearly half of which she has served as a Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA). Driven to expand her impact, she earned her Master of Science inNursing through Charles Drew University’s entry-level program, graduating in 2022. Shecompleted her Family Nurse Practitioner training in 2025. Her nursing experience includesmedical-surgical and detox care at College Medical Center in Long Beach and Bear ValleyCommunity Hospital in Big Bear, California. Currently, she works as a BCBA for Nurture & NatureApplied Behavior Analysis and Consultation. In parallel, she is a third-year PhD student innursing at UCLA focusing her research on feeding difficulties in children on the autism spectrum.Sarah is passionate about the intersection of primary care, behavior, and health equity.
