David Song

David Song is a fourth-year undergraduate at UCLA with a strong interest in biomedical researchand disability-centered care. In the Wilson Motor Lab, he studies early motor developmentusing wearable sensors to better understand movement patterns and their links to lateroutcomes. Beyond the lab, David interns with the Early Childhood Partial HospitalizationProgram, where he supports behavioral intervention and play-based therapy for children withdevelopmental disabilities. A pre-medical student, he plans to pursue a career in medicine andcontinue advancing disability-focused research, aiming to translate sensor-based insights intopractical tools that improve assessment, access, and care for neurodivergent and disabledcommunities.
