Short bio for your introduction (maximum 1,000 characters) Yue Yu, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of California, Davis, and a faculty member at the MIND Institute. She also serves as the co-director of the Maternal Child Health Careers/Research Initiatives for Student Enhancement - Undergraduate Summer Program (MCHC/RISE-UP) and as a faculty member for the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities at the UC Davis MIND Institute. Dr. Yu received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis, completed her clinical psychology internship at the Charleston Consortium - Medical University of South Carolina, and her postdoctoral training at the UC Davis MIND Institute. Dr. Yu's research focuses on psychosocial outcomes in caregivers of autistic individuals and community implementation of evidence-based practices for young children with autism.
