Christine Bagley

Christine Bagley has over 20 years of experience working alongside people, children, families, providers and system partners providing direct services and supports, leadership, and policy and program guidance to public and private sectors that serve people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). She has served at the California Department of Developmental Services since 2016 and is currently the Branch Chief for the Statewide Clinical Services Division’s Safety Net. Previously, she was the Children and Youth System of Care Specialist, helping local partners build and implement coordinated child-serving systems.
Her work focuses on service integration and cross‑system collaboration for individuals involved in multiple systems, including child welfare, probation, justice, behavioral health, education, and developmental services. Christine is fluent in American Sign Language and has provided early intervention, classroom, and community-based supports across the lifespan, focusing on the strengths, needs, and cultural considerations of the I/DD and Deaf+ community.
