Dena Gohari

Dena Gohari, MA, is a fourth-year doctoral student and clinical researcher under the mentorshipof Dr. Catherine Lord. In service of the autism community since high school, her researchfocuses intersectionality within autism, specifically identity development among gender-diverseautistic individuals. She is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion inclinical research and practice. Clinically, Dena has provided services across outpatient, intensiveoutpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) levels of care, supporting individuals with arange of mental health challenges. As a prospective postdoctoral scholar, Dena hopes tocontinue providing affirming, evidence-based care to individuals of all backgrounds.
