Gabby Slater

Gabby Slater, MA, is a pre-doctoral intern at the UCLA Semel Institute, specializing in autism andneurodevelopmental disabilities. She earned her master's degree in psychology fromPepperdine University and is currently completing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with anexpected graduation in Spring 2026. Gabby’s clinical training encompasses diverse evidence-based programs, including PEERS® for Preschoolers and PEERS® for Adolescents, as well as theUCLA Child OCD, Anxiety, and Tic Disorders Program. She is especially passionate aboutdelivering affirming care to neurodivergent and gender-diverse youth and young adults, and herclinical work emphasizes self-determination, relational skill-building, and family-centeredsupport.
