Jasper A. Estabillo, Ph.D.

Director of Training and Education Services
Dr. Jasper Estabillo is the Director of Training at the UCLA Tarjan Center and Program Director of the UCLA-LA County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) BASIC-T Program. At the Tarjan Center, she oversees our interdisciplinary pre-service training and continuing education initiatives, including the Distinguished Lecture Series and In Other Words plain language podcast, and works closely with the team on the Annual Forum in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities and Leadership Academy.
Dr. Estabillo is a licensed clinical psychologist who received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Louisiana State University. She completed her pre- and post-doctoral training at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience & Human Behavior and UCLA Department of Psychology. Her clinical and scholarly work focuses on neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan, with expertise in assessment, intervention, and training clinicians in evidence-based behavioral and mental health interventions. She is committed to strengthening clinical training, expanding access to evidence-based care into diverse communities, and promoting justice, health equity, and inclusion for individuals with disabilities.
