Memory Education Programs

UCLA Longevity Center education programs encourage life-long learning, a vital component of longevity, in community members of all ages.
Provides brain healthy lifestyle tips and strategies. Learn about the foundations of a healthy lifestyle to preserve cognitive functioning.This is an interactive program that includes three 2-hour sessions with home exercises, lecture and discussion.
A 4-session (two hours per session) course teaching memory enhancing techniques and practical tips for memory support. 8 one-hour session courses available for residential communities. Course designed for people with mild, age-related cognitive challenges. The course has a moderate to high difficulty level and is not suitable for people with Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia.
