Brain Boot Camp
Are you interested in lifestyle changes to support brain health? This intensive, interactive course provides participants with lifestyle strategies to keep their brains vital and healthy. Brain Boot Camp is offered virtually to small groups. The course focuses on key Pillars of Cognitive Health including sleep, social interaction, mental stimulation, diet, and exercise, that are essential to maintaining mental sharpness and staving off cognitive decline as people age.

Brain Boot Camp--Pillars of Health
This intensive, interactive course provides participants with lifestyle strategies focusing on nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress reduction, and cognitive stimulation to keep brains vital and reduce risk of cognitive decline. Research studies indicate that engaging in healty lifestyle behaviors can expand our healthy years and reduce risk for cognitive decline. Whether you are healthy or have chronic illness, it is never too late to start a brain health program. The Brain Boot Camp is offered virtually to individuals and small groups.
